Hi Josh- I'm very impressed with your Improving Marketing Effectiveness case study. I know you looked at B2B marketing in the broadcast engineering market, but I wonder if you would comment on the relevance of your findings on enthusiast media that relies on an endemic customer base? Could we extrapolate your findings about the effectiveness of "owned" media on current customers, or on the power of print in enthusiasts markets?
